living a life of purpose

1) Get still once a day

2) Create one action/motion in each day that moves you closer to your dreams

3) If you don't know what your dreams are create conversations with friends about what their dreams are.

4) Journal each day

5) Let someone know that you love them by speaking it.

6) Look for the signs in each moment. Birds, animals, street signs and ask the universe to join you in the conversation. How could you be more fully living your life purpose?

7) Identify daily behavior patterns that are not working for you.

8) Create new ones & get support from people around you to make them sustainable.

9) Play and have fun. Life is a game and you have already won just by showing up to play fully from that place of love and kindness.
